I gave my bf a birthday festival – a week’s long celebration. Everyday he got a different gift or two. One day it was a nice bath and massage, another it was a dinner, then a travel kit I put together for him with all kinds of travel-sized things, and other gifts each day. Yes, get a used industrial machine. A home sewing machine wont last at all under regular use of these materials. Industrial machine will last you YEARS….it might even out-last you. Get a double needle lockstichn with top and bottom needle feed. This will give you all the pulling power you will need with that thick leather/fabric. With this machine the presser foot and needle moves in synchronization with the feed dog, and they pull together.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

Interesting take on this issue. I for a single have seen several twists on this and can frequently spot the holes within the arguement however, on this occasion I belelive your writing is such that everybody should be in agreement with this. Thank you for sharing it with us.
